Great article! I’m moving to San Francisco from Boston after New Years by myself and without a job. I’m in the marketing field as well. This post really calmed my nervous a bit and offered some very useful tips. Thanks a bunch!

I am asuming that you are talking about your job at Internet Brands. I am a PhD student in the area looking at pt research positions while I finish my dissertation that can become full-time once I am done. I applied for pt pisitions at Internet Brands. Question: How do they treat their part-time employees, specifically their researchers?
